Untaimed lands

Flyn watched as everybody split ways - heading to their different posts. He wasn't really sure where to go..he wasn't a warrior at heart, nor was he a fighter or a killer. Obviously, however - where defense was needed, that - he could do.
So he decided to stay at the door, with his sword and natural weapons of wrist blades and poisonous claws, and if anyone got close enough to try and enter - he could stop them. Or at least try - that was his aim, anyway.
He unsheathed his sword, and paced the floor behind the bar, listening for any commotion coming from the outside. He heard something, stopped - but the sound disappeared. Thinking he imagined it - Flyn continued pacing, only to hear the noise come again and he looked up abruptly with wide eyes once he realized that the noise was extremely close at hand - but when he looked around, no one he could see was making it. When he listened silently again, making no noise whatsoever - he realized it was coming from the kitchen. Thinking someone may be foraging for food, perhaps someone else was hungry like Ertril, (although it was a bit late for food no, though Flyn) he wandered into the kitchen casually, to behold an intruder - who was indeed one of the bandits, it seemed - although how on earth he got past everyone outside and got in unnoticed Flyn did not know, nor could he understand the reasoning behind this action, for the bandit was not sneaking in for the purpose of getting the upperhand upon the enemy - he was instead searching around in the cupboards and oven, looking for food as though he had already been starved for a week.
Quite taken aback by this discovery, it took a few moments for Flyn to actually register what he saw and react accordingly. The bandit, on the other hand - did not even notice Flyn quietly amble in, and continued looking around, finally pulling out some chunks of bread and cheese, and nibbling quite happily on it like nothing was out of the ordinary. His back was to Flyn, so he had no idea he was being observed at all.

Flyn stood there listening to the commotion outside the Inn's walls as people brutally screamed and yelled and metal and steel clashed together as all hell broke loose - and yet this little bandit seemed completely unperturbed by the fact that his colleges were fighting and battling away without him.
Sitting on the floor, he nibbled slowly - although he seemed ravenous. Flyn went to take a step closer, his natural instincts being to protect those sheltered inside the Inn, and to kill this little intruder. As he advanced however, the bandit leaned it's head to the side as it chewed, and actually let out a little cry. Flyn stopped immediately, and his heart softened. He couldn't kill it, and he knew he couldn't. He watched it for a few moments, now not quite certain what to do. The little creature dropped the food it was holding onto the floor, and began to weep. Flyn's instincts were immediately to go and pick it up and help it - for the bandit was ridiculously small in size, but he was scared that it had it's weapon still and would try to kill him.
Reaching out for the food again, the little creature nibbled a little bit, but was forced to stop again. Flyn soon realized that it was having trouble eating because of whatever the pain was. He looked out into the bar area to make sure no one had intruded the building thus far - and walked back into the kitchen. The bandit sat stooped over itself, it's head bowed almost to the floor. Almost like it had given up.
Flyn knew he had to get it's attention somehow, so he rose his sword up in the air and brought it down with a mighty thud upon the counter. The bandit flew up in the air with wide eyes and spun around in the direction of the noise. It's face was full of fear, and tears were dried upon it's cheeks. Flyn saw at once that it had no weapon, and must have lost it in the battle outside. When the bandit jumped up Flyn saw that there was blood on the floor, and that the invalid had lost allot of blood. Seeing that it was unarmed, he simply ran over to it and picked it up in his great big hands, claws and blades retracted completely. Fear surged through the bandit as Flyn had rushed towards him, but he had seen as he scooped him up that his eyes showed anything but the wish to end his life, and instinctively clung to him.
This took Flyn completely by surprise, but he could see that the creature was apparently actually very young in age, extremely weak from being in pain and losing blood, and it would seem hadn't eaten in a while.
He grabbed a clean kitchen cloth, and without a word held the cloth to the wound in it's side, handing the bandit a piece of food again. The bandit tried to eat it, but held it's paw (for it was a Pandarian) to the side of it's face, cringing again with pain. Flyn realized it must have been hit in the side of the face with something, and, making the bandit hold the cloth to it's side for him, he looked about for a broth or a soup or anything edible for that matter which was liquidy - and once finding some he handed it to the little Pandarian, who then drank long and deeply, sucking every last drop from the bowl. It was cold soup - Flyn hadn't time to reheat it, but the creature little cared. It's eyes got droopy as the bowl slipped from it's fingers and fell onto the bench beside it, and it's head fell forward again. The cloth was covered in blood as well. The bleeding had finally ebbed - but the amount of blood loss was tremendous.
Bundling the little creature up in a new cloth, he carried it up the stairs and into his own room, and lay it on his bed.
It lay there, one paw resting over it's heart, breathing faintly in raspy drown - out little breaths. Flyn wasn't even sure it was going to live. He wondered where it had come from or whether he should have helped it...but he knew he couldn't kill an unarmed man, nor a wounded one who couldn't defend itself. He hoped he'd done the right thing - and finally dismissing it from his thoughts for the time being, he turned his back on it and closed the door, descending the stairs and coming back into the bar area.
So far, no one had broken in...

Flyn had heard someone knock on the door but when he had come out of the bedroom no one was around. Feeling slightly nervous that he had a bandit in it's room, he wished to avoid answering anyone for the moment anyway. Charles didquestion him again downstairs, but all havoc broke loose as the kitchen seemed to explode with more bandits - this time hideously hostile ones, and The Inn seemly beginning to fall in with Bandits dropping from above. He cringed at Ertril's methods, but there was little time to dwell upon them.
As he turned away from Ertril he came face-to-face with another bandit who was almost on top of him and he hadn't seen coming - presumably from the kitchen again - and Flyn's immediate reaction in such a short period of time was simply to shield himself: by bringing up his fists in front of his face and as the bandit tried to smite him with his sword Flyn ducked - a moment longer and he would have been dead - and sliced the bandits face with his wrist blades as he jumped up again and while the bandit couldn't see from the blood in his eyes and the pain - Flyn whipped out his sword and stabbed him clean through the middle.
He took a deep sigh - this combat was something he wasn't used to - but as the Inn was under siege, there was no choice now but to act. He stood with his sword at the ready - almost daring anyone else to come near him!

After the people falling through the roof incident, The kitchen seemed to empty - out of foes, and everybody was occupied with the front door as more assailants tried to pour through. Flyn kept his sword out, but when no more enemies came forth, he moved cautiously forward towards the kitchen again, to see if anyone else was lurking in there.
He stepped into the kitchen and observed to his shock that there was a bandit lurking within, although - much like the Pandarin, did not seem so intent on rushing straight out on a killing spree. She was looking for something - of that he was certain, and her movement alone told him straight away that she was most DEFINITELY a foe, and not just fishing for something as harmless as some edibles. It was a female - and her back was turned to him and so again, he was loathe to kill - again he scolded himself in his own mind as, instead of just stabbing her right then and there, he put his sword to her throat and warned her not to move.
Needless to say - she looked none to happy at being thus discovered. Flyn didn't know what to do with her - for he was very aware from the look she gave him that she would easily kill him in two second if given the opportunity, and so, since he had more-or-less taken her prisoner rather than killing her, grabbed a length of cable from one of the kitchen drawers and tied her up with it, and, wondering what to do with her now, as she uttered her threatening words in his face, he merely darted a confused look in her direction - and realized he hardly liked the look of her face, either - and bound her eyes up as well with a tea towel from the kitchen hook on the wall. It was slightly damp - but he didn't care, and he didn't wait to ask her whether it bothered her, either.
Heaving her over his shoulder, he carried her through the kitchen and looked outside - things were still pretty crazy. Some bandits had managed to push through and get inside, again. The first though was to take her down below - but all of the women and children were down there - and then his eyes alighted upon Charles' office - and he opened it without hesitation and, wanting to get rid of her as soon as possible - merely dumped her on the floor and walked out again. He had considered bounding up her mouth as well - but what with all of the commotion outside once the door was shut - you couldn't hear a word from her! Fairly relieved, Flyn ran back into the kitchen to make sure no one else was in there, and then back out to where everybody else was to lend them a futher hand.

Flyn paused in his tracks as Charles confronted him. It appeared the fight had been going on without him while he had been preoccupied with his own particular issues and had been won by the townfolks as he heard the sound of the horn for the bandits to retreat. He suddenly remembered the Pandarin, and wanted to run up to the room - for, although it was locked, he was still nervous that it would escape somehow. Although...to be honest it had seemed very badly wounded, too. There was blood all over the place - the Inn no longer looked like a welcoming place - it was a shambles. Chairs and tables upset or broken, bottles flung and smashed, and the blood of both friends and enemies being mingled on the floor with spilt brews and alcohol. Flyn cringed as he looked around at all of the mess - and then Charles had accosted him.
"Well...someone's in there." spoke Flyn hesitantly "That is - I captured someone..a bandit - a female. I couldn't kill her. I tied her up and locked her up in your office, because I wasn't sure what else to do with her." He waited for Charles' reaction, he wasn't sure if he was going to be annoyed or pleased with what he'd done.

Charles looking fustrated with flynn said in a grumpy tone " i gathered that young flynn but what or who is in my office is there something you are not telling me cause you have been acting very suspitous since the attack" charles looked at flyn narrowing his eyes as flynn replyed "That is - I captured someone..a bandit - a female. I couldn't kill her. I tied her up and locked her up in your office, because I wasn't sure what else to do with her." Charles turned to see raven standing next to them as she came out of the cellar " sure thing what with Yivalo?" Charles looking at her confused and worried. "what ever it is i will get flynn here to help i need to go check around for any more intruders" incase some are hiding around like last time" charles nodded at flynn as he turned to go in to the kitchen and noticed a necklass on the ground it was a dagger which looked curiously like one he has seen before as he lent down he picked it up "no it can not be" he stood up "Anie"
